A prerequisite for eligibility; A cumulative work experience of at least 12 months outside the UK with the associated business or organization, except for high earners earning £73,900 per year or more.
- Graduate trainee visa- To qualify for the Graduate Trainee Visa, applicants must currently be employed by a business or organization affiliated with their UK sponsor through common ownership, control, or a sponsored joint venture.
Candidates must also possess a legitimate Certificate of Sponsorship for the intended role, provided by an employer authorized by the Home Office to sponsor a Graduate Trainee.
- Secondment worker visa- This is a new immigration route. Is designated for international employees seeking temporary secondment to the UK by their overseas employer, as part of a high-value contract or investment. applicants must be presently employed by an overseas business that has a registered contract with their UK sponsor, as endorsed by the Home Office. Moreover, a prerequisite is a cumulative work experience of at least 12 months outside the UK with the aforementioned overseas business.
- Service supplier visa– The visa is designed for overseas workers who fall into one of two categories: either as a contractual service supplier employed by an overseas service provider or as a self-employed independent professional based overseas.These individuals require a temporary assignment in the UK to deliver services outlined in one of the UK’s international trade commitments.
